EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

At Swan Jewelry, each order is custom-made according to your chosen specifications, measurements, and details. Because all our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, our return and exchange processes differ from standard e-commerce products. Please read the following conditions carefully before placing your order.
1. RETURN CONDITIONS
Our products are not kept in stock; they are custom-made for you upon order (size, stone selection, metal color, etc.). Therefore, cash refunds are not available for products purchased through Swan Jewelry.
Since the production process begins after your order is processed, cancellation and return requests cannot be accepted. Please be sure of your ring size and selections when placing your order.
2. EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer satisfaction is important to us. While we cannot issue refunds, you have the right to exchange the item in the following cases:
• Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a defect, workmanship error, or a missing stone due to a fault on our part.
• Wrong Product: If a different model or color than what you ordered was sent.
• Size Change: If the ring size does not fit, a size change or alteration can be made, provided the product’s structure (design) allows it. (Note: This process may not be possible for models whose size cannot be changed, such as full-circle rings; please contact our support.)
You must submit your exchange requests to us within 14 days of the date the product was delivered to you.
3. EXCHANGE PROCESS AND SHIPPING
The product you wish to exchange must be unused, undamaged, and sent with its original box/certificate. • Errors Caused by Us: If the product is defective or arrived incorrectly, all shipping costs will be covered by Swan Jewelry.
• Customer-Requested Exchanges: For size (measurement) changes or exchanges for a different model, return shipping costs and any customs duties incurred are the responsibility of the Customer (Buyer).
4. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS (Important Exception)
Products with engraved names, dates, or special notes, or items produced entirely at the customer’s request (custom design), cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. HOW CAN I CREATE A REQUEST?
