TERMS OF USE

1. PARTIES

This Terms of Use agreement is concluded between Swan Jewellry and the user (“User”) who visits or registers on the swanjewellry.com website (“Site”).
2. SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the terms of the User’s use of the Site and the rights and obligations of the parties. Every User who accesses or shops on the Site is deemed to have accepted these terms.
3. SCOPE OF SERVICE

Swan Jewellry sells jewelry, accessories and other products to users through the Site. Swan Jewellry reserves the right to change the prices, images and stock status of the products offered without prior notice.

4. USER’S OBLIGATIONS

Accurate Information: The User accepts that the information (name, address, telephone, e-mail, etc.) provided during membership or order processes is accurate and up-to-date. The User is responsible for any damages arising from providing incorrect information. • Account Security: The user is responsible for their own password and account security. Swan Jewellry cannot be held responsible for unauthorized use of the account. • Compliance with the Law: The user agrees to comply with the provisions of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works and other relevant legislation. • Prohibited Behaviors: It is prohibited to use software that threatens the security of the Site, hinders its operation, spam, or harm other users.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All designs, texts, images (product photos), logos, videos, and other content on the Site are copyrighted by Swan Jewellry. Unauthorized copying, publication in another medium, or use for commercial purposes is prohibited.

6. PRIVACY

Swan Jewellry processes and protects personal data transmitted by the User in accordance with the “Privacy Policy” and the provisions of the KVKK (Law on the Protection of Personal Data).

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Swan Jewellry cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages (except in cases of gross negligence and intent) arising from access to, use of, or loss of data on the Site. The colors in product images may differ from the original product depending on the screen technology used.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

In all cases legally considered force majeure (natural disaster, riot, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failures, power outages, etc.), Swan Jewellry cannot be held liable for delayed or non-performance of its obligations arising from this agreement.

9. AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENT

Swan Jewellry reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Amendments shall take effect on the date they are published on the Site.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, shall govern the application and interpretation of this agreement and the management of the legal relationships arising from this agreement. The courts of Sheridan (Wyoming) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement.
