Step 1: Choose Your Design and Personalization

Select your ring style, material, and size. If your piece involves a custom design — such as a family crest, monogram, initials, or a specific symbol — simply upload a photo or PDF of your design using the “Upload an image” field on the product page. If you’d rather describe what you’d like in words (initials, a name, a date), just add a note at checkout or send us a message after ordering.

Step 2: We Prepare Your Design

Once your order is received, our team gets to work turning your design or request into a piece ready for engraving. Every design is custom-drawn or adapted specifically for your ring — we don’t use pre-made templates for personalized orders.

Step 3: You Approve a Draft Before Production

Before your ring goes into production, we send you a draft/proof image of your design so you can review it and request any changes. Production only begins after you’re happy with the final design — this way, there are no surprises.

Step 4: Handcrafted Production

Your ring is individually cast and finished by hand. Production takes 3-5 business days from the moment your design is approved.

Step 5: Shipping

Once production is complete, your ring ships via your selected method:

• Free Shipping: 10-15 business days
• Express Cargo: 3-7 business days ($30.00)
• International Shipping: 10-20 business days ($25.00)

You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
