How long does production and shipping take?
Production takes 2 business days after design approval in our Ankara workshop. Shipping takes an estimated 5–7 business days after dispatch. Design preparation and approval time are additional.
Is shipping really free worldwide?
Yes, we offer 100% free standard shipping to all countries worldwide on every order.
What materials do you use?
We craft our rings and pendants using 925 Sterling Silver, Gold Plated, Rose Plated, Platinum Plated, Micron Plated (0.5 μm 24K), and 10K, 14K, 18K Solid Gold. We never use base metals.
Can I approve the design before production?
Yes! For all custom signet rings, monogram, and family crest orders, we send a digital design preview within 24–48 hours for your approval before crafting begins.
What is your return and sizing policy?
Personalized items are non-refundable, except for the remedies described in our return policy. Eligible ring-size exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery and depend on the design. Please read our Exchange and Return Policy for conditions and costs.
