Everything from the initial communication for the initial design details and accommodation of the request for customisation was smooth. I got this for my husband's 40th birthday. The seller maintained on-time communication and even got it to Australia quicker than I thought. Hubby was pretty chuffed when he got it. (Ring customised initials with Zelda Triforce symbol on each side).

The gold is tarnishing off within days of wearing it. The engraving was also off center of the ring. The ring was delivered quickly, and overall not a bad purchase, just not perfect.
