Customs and import charges
United States: Swan Jewellry covers customs and import duties.
All other destinations: For orders delivered outside the United States, the buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in our product prices or free shipping.
Our jewellery is made to order and dispatched from our workshop in Ankara, Türkiye. Our US address is for company correspondence only.

Production: 2 business days after design approval. Shipping: an estimated 5–7 business days after dispatch. Please allow 7–9 business days after design approval; design preparation and approval time are additional.
